BigContacts Releases CRM Mobile Edition

BigContacts, a provider of Web-based customer relationship management software for small businesses, has launched CRM Mobile Edition, which gives users access to information about prospects and customers while on the go. The new CRM Mobile Edition is designed to automatically adjust screen size and resolution for a perfect view on any device.

With the new mobile edition, customers will be able to add to, edit, and view all contacts, calendar events, tasks, sales opportunities, and notes and history about prospects.  The mobile platform also allows users more functionality and space for more contacts than would be available in a typical app.

"It's no secret mobile usage as a percentage of global Internet traffic continues on a steady climb, with mobile representing approximately 15 percent of total traffic in May 2013. A subset of this mobile traffic growth is with tablets, at 10.58 percent of the overall traffic in Q1 2013. We are committed to enhancing the mobile tools we offer to address this growing segment of the market," said Bob Walton, founder and CEO of BigContacts, in a statement.
