Automotive CRM Provider DealerSocket to Unveil DealerSocket MarketPlace

Auto dealer CRM provider DealerSocket has launched MarketPlace, a new marketing offering featuring a library of email templates, targeted direct-mail pieces, and bundled marketing campaigns.

"Automotive dealers are historically some of the most creative marketers out there," said Jonathan Ord, DealerSocket co-founder and CEO, in a statement. "Our dealer customers know the importance of reaching the right person at the right time with the right message. Based on hundreds of requests, we have developed DealerSocket MarketPlace, a robust and cohesive marketing engine that will drive customers to your dealership."

DealerSocket MarketPlace consists of eight marketing tools, including Social, Lease, Email, Internet, Inventory, Prospect, Conquest and Service.

DealerSocket's core CRM is enhanced by a powerful, customer-facing Mobile Portal application to keep in contact with customers and prospects via all mobile devices, a data-mining tool called RevenueRadar, an online process-training university called CarMind, and a CallCenter solution. These products can be used alone or in conjunction with the core CRM solution to provide an end-to-end marketing and revenue-producing engine.
