Attivio, creator of the Active Intelligence Engine (AIE) and Actian, a provider of big data analytics, announced a strategic partnership agreement that lets Actian customers integrate and correlate human-generated, unstructured content sources with their structured data analytics.
Actian's ParAccel big data analytics platform accelerates analytic performance and enables rapid deployment of highly targeted analytics for critical initiatives, including customer segmentation, fraud prevention, risk avoidance, and digital marketing optimization. The addition of Attivio AIE's ability to include big content sources like social media, blog posts, email, research documents, SEC filings, insurance reports, legal depositions, and open-ended survey responses completes the big data analytics picture.
