Voxeo Renames VoiceObjects to Voxeo CXP
The name changes reflects customer demand for multichannel solutions.

Voxeo has changed the name its flagship VoiceObjects customer experience platform to Voxeo CXP to better reflect its capabilities beyond just voice interactions. 

The product name change to Voxeo CXP is a direct result of Voxeo's focus on helping companies provide multichannel customer service and manage the customer experience across the growing number of communication channels, including voice, SMS, mobile Web, and social networks like Twitter.

"Our business customers are increasingly mobile, as are all of their customers, so we recognize that Voxeo needs to evolve at the same pace to better serve these changing preferences," said Ashif Dhanani, vice president of marketing at Voxeo, in a statement.
