Votigo Rolls out Saas-Based Social Marketing and CRM Suite
Platform includes promotions and conversation managers, analytics, and more

Votigo, a social marketing platform provider, unveiled yesterday its cloud-based Social Marketing and CRM Suite, which enables marketers to run cross-channel promotions, manage conversations and social contacts, and analyze metrics across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, the Web, and mobile sites.

A Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer and charter member of the Google Engagement Solutions Developer program, Votigo designed its social CRM platform to complement "traditional CRM platforms," explains Jeff Rozic, director of marketing at Votigo.

"CRM providers—like email service providers, marketing automation systems, and other business software platforms—are increasingly looking to expand their social offerings," Rozic notes. "Votigo's approach of integrating with widely used CRM platforms offers our customers actionable options for bridging their social audience into their existing CRM life cycle."

Highlights of Votigo's Social Marketing and CRM Suite are as follows:

Using the Promotions Manager, marketers can launch and manage photo and video contests, sweepstakes, and other promotional apps to engage their audiences in multiple languages across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social networks on mobile sites and the Web.

The Conversation Manager allows users to simultaneously schedule and publish posts, links, photos, and video and promotional campaigns to multiple social channels and accounts, plus manage responses, user-generated content, comments, and interactions with fans.

Votigo's Social CRM system lets companies manage their social contacts, track engagement and influence, and target consumers with special offers and messages.

Clients also get access to a set of engagement applications including photo and video galleries, fan exclusives, polls, coupons, and more. The analytics features let marketers measure and identify trends in their social marketing efforts to understand how their audiences interact with their businesses, and discover what resonates with customers.

Founded in 2006, Votigo has a customer base that includes Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Sony Online Entertainment, Kaiser-Permanente, Energizer, and GoPro. Votigo also caters to small and medium-sized businesses, offering a suite of promotions and advertising apps starting at $15 per month.
