Verint Systems today announced a global partnership with Badgeville to incorporate Badgeville's gamification capabilitiesin to its Impact 360 workforce optimization(WFO) software suite.
Verint's software helps organizations use the voice of the customer to drive operational excellence for global contact centers, branch and back-office operations, marketing and customer experience, and financial compliance. Badgeville adds a variety of game mechanics and feedback loops, such as points, badges, scoreboards and leaderboards, as well as the advanced ability to track high-value behaviors and reward these in the form of missions for employee levels.
Badgeville's Behavior Platform helps enable businesses to add proven game mechanics to motivate high-value employee and customer behavior across Web sites, online communities, mobile and enterprise applications. Verint customers will now have access to Badgeville's advanced, real-time engagement capabilities that can encourage specific behaviors and achieve targeted customer experience and enhanced revenue goals.
