VanillaSoft Adds New Features

VanillaSoft announced several enhancements to its CRM-Lead Management Platform. Included in the release is the ability for users to sync their VanillaSoft calendars with Google calendars.

VanillaSoft calendars and Google calendars will synch automatically. VanillaSoft users and external agents alike can now link their calendars within the appointment setting module to their own Google Calendars. Users can immediately populate new appointments to Google, and keep their VanillaSoft calendars up-to-date with their latest availability. Personal and business calendars can be managed from one place. Outlook users can also stay synched with both their Google and VanillaSoft Calendars.

"More and more organizations are taking advantage of Google's robust calendaring. Providing a seamless synch will only enhance the VanillaSoft offering," said Ken Murray, president of VanillaSoft, in a statement.

Also included in the release are enhancements to email service, including the ability to specify your own email server or use VanillaSoft's email platform or email utilities such as Outlook.
