Soffront Software has added three new features to its enterprise CRM solution.
The features, which expand the company's data capture capabilities, include the following:
- Card scanner integration: Complete card scanner integration lets sales people and marketers scan business cards directly into their CRM systems. The information from the business card creates a contact and automatically associates it to the appropriate company.
- Document capture: A seamless document capture module allows electronic capture of printed documents into the CRM system. Documents are categorized, associated with CRM records, and retrieved with the click of a button.
- Electronic signature: A Web-based electronic signature module allows sales people to get their quotations and proposals electronically signed from any desktop or tablet device. The signed documents are securely stored in the CRM system for record-keeping and retrieval.
