Siebel Lands Countrywide Credit

Countrywide Credit Industries Inc., a financial services provider, is standardizing on Siebel 7 for its customer and employee-facing operations.

Already, the Calabasas, Calif.-based mortgage lender has made customer satisfaction a priority. J.D. Power and Associates recently ranked Countrywide's primary subsidiary, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. number one in customer satisfaction among the largest national home mortgage lenders.

However, Countrywide, which has more than 500 branches with 13,000 employees, needed to expand upon its award-winning homegrown CRM system. To do this, Countrywide selected Siebel Employee Relationship Management (ERM) to streamline employee communications and Siebel eFinance Call Center for customer support.

"Our agreement with Siebel Systems reinforces our ongoing commitment to provide the highest level of customer service across all product lines and channels of communication," Richard Jones, managing director and chief technology officer at Countrywide said.
