SalesPortal enables enterprise service operations to partner with relevant brands for engaging customers with timely partner offers. OfferMemory lets companies automatically factor past offers into the selection of next best offer. This allows companies to eliminate the likelihood of repeating offers to consumers, segment customers based on previous offer history, and present best alternate offers based on immediate needs and interests.
