SADA Systems' SalesAtlas Aims to Lift Customer Engagement

Cloud solutions provider SADA Systems today announced the launch of SalesAtlas, its all-in-one CRM, sales automation, and analytics solution. Powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power BI, and designed to integrate with organizations' existing sales and service processes, SalesAtlas provides a number of engagement management tools accessible from a single dashboard.

These tools include Pipeline Insights, Territory Management, Customer Engagement, and Marketing ROI. Pipeline Insights enable users to visualize the sales pipeline and gain insights into sales velocity, opportunity slippage, and KPIs; Territory Management provides users with a means of managing and modifying sales territories by defining specific criteria; Customer Engagement provides users with automated workflows to streamline the customer management process while also providing significant data to pinpoint upsell opportunities; and Marketing ROI delivers holistic campaign tracking and interactive data visualization to power reporting on marketing investment.

Greg Gant, practice director for Dynamics CRM at SADA Systems, said in a statement that these tools were created with a specific user in mind:

"SalesAtlas was developed for executives and sales leaders looking for deeper insights into the health of their sales organization. By providing comprehensive insights from one dashboard tailored for executives, operational leads and sales leaders, SalesAtlas provides a higher level of visibility of strategic accounts and aligns the sales force to engage new buyers with more value."

The introduction of SalesAtlas comes after a March announcement of an expanded partnership with both Google and Microsoft. Technology services distributor Intelisys and SADA Systems together announced the expanded partnership, which allows Intelisys Sales Partners to sell a range of Google products, including Google Apps for Work, Google Maps for Work, Google Search, and Google Cloud Platform. Intelysis Sales Partners had already been selling a host of Microsoft products—including Office 365, Azure, Skype for Business, Dynamics CRM Online, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Power BI, SharePoint Online and Yammer—since September 2015. By providing such popular solutions from both Google and Microsoft, Intelisys and SADA Systems establish themselves as highly competitive providers of cloud solutions.

Tony Safoian, CEO and president of SADA Systems, lauded the partnerships in a statement:

"As a premier partner for both Microsoft and Google cloud solutions, expanding our channel offerings to support more companies through their cloud transformation journey is a great opportunity for Intelisys Sales Partners to further grow their business. Every customer they have is an opportunity. We're excited to work with a strong technology sales distributor like Intelisys to bring innovative solutions to their sales partners, wrapped with expert technical know-how and award-winning customer support services."
