PossibleNOW, a provider of customer experience and enterprise preference management solutions, has partnered with email and cross-channel marketing solutions provider Responsys to support Interact Preference, a new offering within the Responsys Interact Suite.
Designed to provide customers with a unified, cross-channel view of their preferences and permissions, Interact Preference will leverage PossibleNOW's MyPreferences enterprise preference management solution.

MyPreferences lets companies aggregate and manage the marketing, account servicing, and privacy preferences of customers through a SaaS-based platform that seamlessly integrates with the client's existing infrastructure.
