Voice Print International (VPI), a provider of digital voice and data recording and interactions quality management solutions, has announced the appointment of Gary Slater
as vice president of technology and business development. He will focus on building strategic partnerships and will lead the overall product strategy.

Slater brings more than 15 years of experience to the Voice Print team. He comes to VPI from HSBC Bank USA, where he was senior vice president of information technology. Prior to HSBC, he was the director of software research and development for Symark Software Inc.

CFM Direct, a national multi-channel marketing agency specializing in direct mail, creative design, Internet services, and knowledge management, announces the promotion of two employees.

Sheila Sternberg advances to production manager, supervising direct mail and print programs. She has been employed with CFM Direct four years and most recently held the position of Project Manager.

Steven Prince is promoted to copywriter, developing response-oriented concepts and copy. He joined CFM Direct in May 2000 after earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas.

Keylime Software, Inc., an enterprise-class application service provider of real-time customer intelligence solutions, has announced the appointment of Steve Mitgang to president and chief executive officer. Mitgang has more than 17 years of experience in marketing, general management, strategic planning and business development and brings a customer-oriented focus to the firm.

Prior to joining Keylime, Mitgang was president and CEO of RealAge, an Internet health marketing services company. In 1999, he helped start, grow, and then sell Sitematic, a Small Business ASP, to content management firm NetObjects. He has held executive management positions at enterprise software company Jostens Learning, as well as at The Upper Deck Company, Reebok International, and Chiat/Day Advertising.

Aeritas Inc., a provider of wireless application software and services, today named former Sabre executives Ralph Stewart as the company's chief executive officer and James Poage as vice president of marketing.

Stewart brings more than 25 years of Fortune 100 executive management and business development expertise to Aeritas. Most recently, he founded and directed operations for Stewart Consulting, a practice that assisted early-stage technology companies seeking funding. Prior to Stewart Consulting, he was senior vice president of Sabre Holdings and general manager of information technology solutions for Sabre. Prior to joining Sabre, Stewart served as head of operations, North America for Perot Systems. In 1974 he began a 23-year career at IBM, where he held various sales and marketing management positions, culminating in his position as vice president of sales and product support services.

Poage brings to Aeritas more than 30 years of senior management experience. Prior to joining Aeritas, he was the chief marketing officer for TradeMC, a business-to-business procurement company formed as a 50/50 joint venture between Fluor Corporation and IBM. Previously, he served as senior vice president of worldwide marketing for Sabre Holdings. Prior to Sabre, Poage spent 12 years at Texas Instruments in several top marketing and operations management positions including general manager of the Asian Systems Division and manager of Artificial Intelligence applications group. Before joining Texas Instruments, he served in various marketing management positions with Bausch & Lomb and Intel in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Frank Chisholm has joined Wheelhouse Corp. as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Chisholm will help build new distribution channels and extend the company's brand awareness.

Chisholm brings to Wheelhouse more than 30 years experience in software industry executive management, marketing, and sales. He comes to Wheelhouse from EasyAsk Inc., as president and chief operating. Prior to EasyAsk, Chisholm was president and chief operating officer of TRINZIC Corp. Previously, Chisholm was president and COO of Soft-Switch Inc. Chisholm began his career in 1977 with Cullinet Software Inc., as the only employee in his six-state mid-Atlantic territory, responsible for both sales and customer support. By the time he left, he was executive vice president of North American operations.
