Noble Systems Acquires TelStar Hosted Services

Noble Systems, a provider of unified contact center technology solutions,has acquired TelStar Hosted Services, a cloud-based contact center technology multivendor provider of blended services, predictive dialer capabilities, automated voice messaging, and more. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Noble, president and CEO of Noble Systems, in a statement. "As an established market leader in hosted contact center services, we are well-positioned to integrate TelStar Hosted's assets and technology and help its customers succeed on day one."

TelStar Hosted is an established provider of TouchStar Hosted Services (a former division of TouchStar Software, which was acquired by Noble Systems in 2009). Moving forward, TelStar Hosted will offer Noble Systems' cloud-based and hybrid premises/cloud solutions through its proven sales and strategic account support staff.

TelStar Hosted CEO James P. Dunn, a longtime executive at various technology and telecommunications firms, will join Noble Systems to lead client onboarding and transition efforts.
