Noble Systems Acquires ALI Solutions

Noble Systems, a provider of unified contact center technology solutions, has acquired assets from ALI Solutions, (formerly Austin Logistics), a provider of contact center decisioning and analytics applications and technology partner to five of the top 10 largest global banks. The transaction includes all intellectual property and assets, including Vincio, CallTech, and OnQ, ALI's flagship suite of contact center solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"This acquisition brings 20 years of contact center analytics innovation to our team and adds tremendous depth to our accounts recovery and financial services offerings," said James K. Noble, president and CEO of Noble Systems, in a statement. "ALI is a recognized and respected brand around the world. We welcome their clients, partners and personnel to Noble Systems."

Founded in 1992 as Austin Logistics, ALI leverages data and analytics to help companies better understand their customers. At the time of the transaction, the company was active at more than 60 client sites in six countries and processing more than 500 million records per month.

Moving forward, Noble Systems will offer Vincio, a highly flexible real-time analytic decision platform, CallTech, a call optimization and best time to call engine, and OnQ, a dynamic decisioning tool. The products will be managed by a blended team of ALI veterans and Noble Systems specialists.

"Noble Systems offers the global reach, financial stability ,and innovative leadership necessary to take ALI's technology to the next level," said Tom Miller, former CEO of ALI, in the statement. "We look forward to joining a winning team and providing a seamless transition for our valuable staff and clientele."

Noble Systems will maintain the existing ALI offices in Austin, Texas and Shanghai, China. The transaction will also transfer multiple contact center technology patents into Noble Systems' portfolio. Miller, a former financial services executive who has served in a variety of roles at Austin Logistics/ALI for more than 15 years, will join Noble Systems as vice president of analytics solutions and will lead ALI client onboarding and transition efforts.

For Noble Systems, this is the second acquisition this week. On Tuesday, the company acquired Stratasoft, a provider of hosted and premises-based contact center technology, including predictive dialing, contact center database management, contact center campaign scripting, predictive dialing algorithms, and contact center management systems. The firm's global client roster includes leading brands in financial services, telecommunications, outsourcing, vacation ownership, and more.

Atlanta-based Noble Systems offers platforms for inbound/outbound/blended communications. The scalable, integrated Noble solutions include advanced ACD and predictive dialing; unified contact processing; and integrated IVR, recording, messaging, quality/monitoring systems, scripting, and real-time reporting and management tools.
