Onyx has released an upgraded version of its CRM for Asset Management for investment managers. The solution includes a pension-directories prospector to help perform bulk actions against entire groups of prospects, and portfolio management to give employees access to client interactions and account information on a single screen. A client summary report also provides quick overviews of key contact information, account status, and recent interaction notes. NetSuite has announced the improvement of its business intelligence and analytics real-time dashboards. According to the company, this upgrade adds to the dashboard's more than 20 key performance indicators--preconfigured, best practices metrics that offer views on the status of a business. New features also enable more flexibility in ad hoc querying, editing, searching, sorting, and working on the applications. NeoSpeech has developed VoiceNotify for auto dealers, a product that lets them send personalized, voice-automated phone messages to customers. VoiceNotify offers a range of voice notification services for automotive CRM providers, including service reminders, recall notifications, customer satisfaction surveys, thank-you calls, sales events, and more. Outbound calls can be personalized with the recipient's name, car manufacturer, and other information accessed from DMV data. LiveTime Software has announced the inclusion of web services for its LiveTime Support release, scheduled for second-quarter 2004. This will allow organizations to integrate LiveTime Support 3.0 with in-house applications, broadening the solution's abilities and streamlining the support process. LiveTime Support 3.0 can also incorporate into any enterprise environment with integration points provided for ERP, accounting, SFA, and HRM systems, including SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Pegasystems has delivered three new BPM solutions. The set includes the PegaRULES Process Commander V4, a process-management system to build customized BPM applications, and two comprehensive, packaged horizontal applications. The company says the applications are designed to improve customer service through proactive exception management, and to provide an integrated customer-service desktop for one-call service resolution. Kauri Business Systems has unveiled Procoll, a collaboration and workflow product to improve business processes while maximizing a customer's investment in planning, improvement, and ERP or legacy systems. Procoll is a Web-enabled solution based entirely on Microsoft .NET. According to Kauri, its functions include the ability to work synchronically with enterprise and legacy systems, to address problems in underlying business processes that hinder productivity, and to eliminate costly mistakes and omissions.
