DreamFactory Software has announced SBuilder, a tool for the construction of client interfaces on the Salesforce.com sforce 2.0 on-demand application server platform. SBuilder allows Salesforce.com customers to integrate external services and custom objects to extend Salesforce.com and develop new interactive applications. The applications can be built from a Web browser and do not require the installation of server software or costs of traditional software development. KANA has released Agent IQ for Branch Banking. The application is designed to help companies with a large number of distributed retail outlets or branches increase agent proficiency through a consistent point of contact for all branch employee performance needs. It can be accessed from either a tailored employee portal or directly from existing branch-employee legacy systems. The system features information on policies, procedures, job aids, external e-learning and internal training materials, and access to legacy data. Sales Performance International has launched five new sales development products, including opportunity selling, account selling, territory selling, marketing alignment, and solution selling sales management. They are "a fully integrated suite of offerings that guides a sales organization from the planning stage to both execution and implementation," says Tim Sullivan, senior vice president for marketing and development. The products are based on SPI's solution selling sales process, which has been employed by global companies like IBM, Merrill Lynch, and Microsoft. Stronghold Technologies has introduced its Call Management Services to assist automotive dealers with phone-in prospects. The service complements Stronghold's DealerAdvance CRM solution, and will be offered as a new set of features to DealerAdvance customers. Stronghold also announced its collaboration with Callbright Corporation to allow dealerships who subscribe to toll-free numbers provided by Callbright to receive and track all incoming prospect calls through DealerAdvance.
Digisoft, Artisoft, and Calltrol have combined technologies to create Telescript 5.53, a single platform integrated predictive dialer and software-based phone switch solution. Telescript 5.53 offers new monitoring functions and enhancements including batch reporting, advanced market-research features, increased campaign-management capabilities, reporting enhancements, and additional predictive-dialing options. The solution provides a platform for service bureaus, collection and other financial call centers, service desks, help desks, and remote technicians.
