Surebridge, a hosted application outsourcer for midmarket companies, has released SureHost Managed Anti-Spam service. Utilizing the IronMail appliance from CipherTrust, a provider of antispam and email security solutions for enterprises, Surebridge says will offer a one-stop hosted antispam solution that is available on demand and affordable for any customer. Pilot Software today announced the availability of its Web-channel performance-management solution. The solution is powered by Pilot HitList, a packaged, customizable performance management product that includes dashboard, analysis and reporting, and data collection capabilities. Pilot says its Web-channel performance-management solution allows sales, marketing, and service organizations to align online activities with strategy. Genesis Global Technologies (GGT), a developer of business productivity software, has released Advantage on Demand (AOD), an exclusively Web-based business-management system for small business. GGT says AOD is takes the best of CRM systems and combines them into one "super CRM" accessible through a browser, using multiple technologies to provide functionality not previously possible in other Web-based solutions. Accenture and Acxiom have joined together to help clients make better use of customer information to improve business results. The unification will allow them to simplify and enhance the way customer information is collected, cleansed, analyzed and used across the enterprise. The companies are already working with clients on projects ranging from quality diagnostics and deliverable address optimization to turnkey CRM business process operations. Scherrer Resources, a provider of CRM software, has developed a new enterprise relationship management technology known as Web Ally. The solution includes Web-based contact management, calendaring, campaign management, proposal management, collaboration communication, workflow, and business process management that connects with applications the organization already uses on a daily basis.
