Pivotal Corporation today announced the launch of Pivotal FastPath, services program that the company claims enables companies to deploy Pivotal CRM products in as little as 20 days. This new offering, which utilizes a number of industry best practices, is generally available for Pivotal Sales, Pivotal MarketFirst, and Pivotal Service. "Pivotal FastPath is a truly differentiating approach that gives companies an easy way to get started in CRM," Bo Manning, president and CEO of Pivotal, said in a statement. "It combines our powerful meta-data driven architecture, proven deployment methodology, and offshore services to significantly lower the total-cost-of-ownership for our customers. With this new offering, midsize enterprises have the opportunity to get started quickly and achieve fast CRM wins, at a lower cost than competitive quick start programs. Yet they also have the ability to grow into a powerful, fully customized, and highly integrated solution." Epicor has released EMS, a suite of enterprise systems management services designed to meet the unique challenges faced by mid-market IT organizations. Epicor EMS offers comprehensive monitoring, notification, and trending analysis capabilities for managing complex computing infrastructures. Epicor EMS provides integrated application, network, system and transaction monitoring that together aim to ensure the availability and performance of mission-critical applications and infrastructures, the company says. Icode has released version 2.0 of its "mini ERP" system, Everest Enterprise. The software, priced at $2,300 per license seat, includes modules for accounting, inventory, e-commerce, purchasing, shipping, receiving, sales force automation, marketing management, contact management, returned merchandise authorization, point-of-sale, and U.S. payroll. Upgrades include increased fraud protection and more e-commerce options, while new features include full email capacity, and instant remote access to the system from a pocket PC. Trillium Software, a division of Harte-Hanks, has announced the general availability of the Trillium Software System Version 7. This new version is designed to enhance real-time and global data quality processes, allowing organizations worldwide to ensure data reliability while providing users with more control, increased flexibility, and better insight into their data. Trillium says Version 7 can help eliminate the complexity of data quality and can be used by both technical and non-technical members of a company. Pilot Software, an analytics solutions provider, has released Pilot HitList 5.5, the latest version of its Web analytics solution. Upgrades include an enhanced user-interface and new reporting functionality including Web Dashboards, Conversion Manager, Funnel Reporting and Interactive Path Explorer, which the company says combine to help users better manage their Web data.
