CUSTOMER WINS Branchlt, a provider of on-demand relationship-mining software, has announced that international law firm Pilsbury Winthrop will use Branchlt to discover, manage, and broker underutilized personal relationships. MSS Technologies and Business Objects have announced that ScriptSave a national provider of prescription drug discount cards, has selected BusinessObjects XI. MSS Technologies, a Business Objects VAR partner, will assist with implementing the BI platform at ScriptSave to enable the company to gain greater insight from its corporate data. IN THE NEWS The Yankee Group announced the formation of a multidiscipline BPO practice led by Phil Fersht, research vice president. Also, the company is launching Yankee Group Navigator, a marketing strategy program designed to help vendors understand the different BPO buyer types and patterns to increase their probability of winning deals. Search engineering marketing company WebSourced has announced that it acquired the assets of Smart Interactive, a provider of search engine marketing services to companies throughout Great Britain and Europe. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition will provide WebSourced with a full-time, fully staffed U.K. office, and set the stage for expanding services in Great Britain and rest of Europe, according to the company. ON THE MOVE Harry You has been named CEO of BearingPoint. You comes to the company from Oracle, where he served as CFO. Rod McGeary, BearingPoint's interim CEO, will remain as the company's chairman and will continue as an officer and employee with significant responsibility for client development and retention. Andrea Robinson has been named CMO of Estee Lauder. This is a newly created position in which she will lead global marketing for the company's brand of skincare, makeup, and fragrance. Robinson has served as president of Ralph Lauren Fragrances Worldwide since 2001, and will assume her new role this spring.
