Manticore Unveils Its Latest Marketing Automation Platform

Manticore Technology today announced the release of Manticore Winter 2012, the latest and most extensively redesigned version of the company's marketing automation platform. The latest edition of the automation platform includes an overhaul of the system's email and landing pages and is based on six years of customer growth and experience, explains Jeff Erramouspe, company president.

"We listened to what our clients asked for—more control over the design process and campaigns—and we delivered that by focusing on the technology and adding new features like asset management tools, design wizards, email testing, throttling, and batching, and control over the delivery rate of emails," Erramouspe says.

Manticore Winter 2012's new capabilities, which are geared toward the needs of medium-sized businesses as they grow, enable users to be more productive in developing and executing marketing campaigns. The simplified user interface increases productivity, while new asset management tools make it easier to manage a large number of marketing assets.

Additionally, the improved email and landing page design system separates design tasks from campaign execution, thus increasing usability and making assets more easily reusable.

One of the new features that clients are particularly excited about, according to Stacey Steiger, director of product management at Manticore, is the new testing capabilities that are made possible through a Litmus platform integration.

"Before you send emails to your customers, you can now conduct a live test to test the content against spam filters and see a preview of how it will appear on more than thirty email devices and various platforms," Steiger says. "You can also create a suppression list to make sure you're not overwhelming your customers."

Winter 2012 also includes analytics on email bounces, click-through rates, unsubscribers, and more. The platform's price plan starts at $12,000 for a yearly subscription.
