Jenzabar Releases CRM for Continuing Education

Jenzabar, a provider of software, strategies, and services for higher education, today released Jenzabar Higher Reach CRM, a customer relationship management system for continuing education.

Jenzabar Higher Reach CRM streamlines administrative tasks and helps recruiters send timely and relevant communications to prospects. The software tracks and monitors each candidate or student across the complete enrollment process, from inquiry through program completion. Jenzabar Higher Reach CRM also lets users manage lists, create and send personal communications, monitor progress, and capture and update data, giving staff more time to engage with students, potential students, and corporate partners.

Jenzabar Higher Reach CRM is built on the Salesforce.com platform and leverages the significant infrastructure that has been developed. It allows staff to manage the entire recruitment and enrollment process with one unified tool, and increase efficiencies by avoiding data imports and exports, which can be done on a scheduled basis. Additional features include automated personalized communications with flexible workflow, real-time reports and dashboards, and customized fields. The CRM can be accessed through any mobile device or tablet.
