Ifbyphone, a provider of voice-based marketing automation, has launched an interactive voice response (IVR) solution for direct response TV marketers that complies with existing Payment Card Industry standards.

Ifbyphone's cloud-based IVR lets DRTV marketers process phone orders, monitor IVR performance in real time, conduct A/B tests, and make IVR script and other changes to help generate greater revenue. Other advanced functionality includes the following:

  • Real-time credit card authorization to verify each caller's information before accepting a purchase.
  • Web-based reports with real-time data that provide deep insight into marketing performance.
  • True 1-800 phone numbers that can be procured rapidly from an unlimited pool of clean numbers.
  • Full integration with payment gateways and fulfillment centers for a seamless processing experience.

Ifbyphone's new IVR solution is priced cost-effectively, with no minimums to buy or long-term contracts to sign.

"To maximize revenue in this difficult economy, direct response TV marketers must be able to optimize their marketing on the fly," said Irv Shapiro, CEO of Ifbyphone, in a statement. "Backed by our world-class customer support team, Ifbyphone's solution is built specifically for marketing, not IT, giving DRTV marketers truly advanced IVR technology that works the way they need it. This makes all the difference in the world when it comes to ROI."
