Formstack and Constant Contact Launch Online Form and Email Marketing Integration

Formstack, a provider of online form building, and Constant Contact, a marketing advisor to more than half a million small organizations worldwide, have launched an in-product integration enabling Constant Contact users to create and insert online forms directly into their email marketing campaigns to collect more orders, donations, and customer data from their campaigns

Built on the Constant Contact AppConnect in-product APIs, the integration provides a seamless user experience from within Constant Contact's Email Marketing Editor.

As part of this partnership, Formstack will provide Constant Contact users with a free, limited Formstack account, allowing them to create up to three professional-looking forms to be used for an unlimited amount of time. Through Formstack's guided, step-by-step process users can select from the following forms:

  • Order Form;
  • Donation Form;
  • Contest Form;
  • Volunteer Registration Form; and
  • Job Application Form.

"Formstack is thrilled to launch our in-product integration on Constant Contact's AppConnect Platform, and we're excited to see the impact the integration will have on small businesses and nonprofits," said Chris Byers, Formstack's CEO, in a statement. "More than 500,000 Constant Contact users will now have the ability to quickly and easily build and insert Formstack forms directly into their email campaigns, for free, without having to leave their email marketing editor. The integration allows users to create more actionable emails and collect powerful data within their marketing campaigns."

"Adding value for our customers is key to everything we do at Constant Contact," said Rick Jensen, chief sales and marketing officer at Constant Contact, in a statement. "By integrating Formstack's form-building tool directly into our email marketing product, our customers can drive more engagement and results with their email marketing campaigns. We see this as the first of many in-product integrations built on our AppConnect platform that will add valuable extensions to our products to help our customers create the most effective campaigns in the most efficient way possible."
