TechExcel revealed that
Activation, a international publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment, has chosen the company's DevTrack to standardize its quality assurance testing both in-house, and at several of the company's wholly owned studios. Activision will use DevTrack for its quality assurance-tracking and issue management processes, and will be used by more than 750 employees throughout the organization.
The
Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education will use Crystal Reports from
Business Objects to help meet the increasing demands from both state and national legislators to measure, report, and improve student performance. Crystal Reports will give Missouri educators access to current academic performance data to develop strategies to bolster student performance and comply with state and federal mandates.
Siebel Systems announced that
Encentuate, a provider of identity-based solutions for enterprises to access to their digital assets, has deployed Siebel OnDemand. Encentuate expects the implementation to improve upon functionality and flexibility within its SFA department.

Intervoice, a converged voice and data solutions provider, announced an OEM agreement with
Vocent Solutions, a voice security-solutions provider, to further increase the security of Intervoice speech-enabled solutions. By integrating with Intervoice Omvia Voice Framework, Vocent's voice authentication solutions will combine voice biometrics with data analytics and risk modeling to minimize criminal actions via the telephone channel.
NEW PRODUCTS
Digital River, a global provider of e-commerce outsourcing, announced it has completed the first phase of technology integration between
BlueHornet Networks and
Fireclick, two of its wholly owned subsidiaries. The integration between Digital River's email delivery and Web-analytics platforms will improve targeting and provide higher conversion rates for its clients' email marketing campaigns.
EmailLabs, a Web services provider of email marketing, announced a strategic partnership with
WebSideStory, an on-demand Web-analytics provider. As a result, joint customers of EmailLabs and WebSideStory's flagship HBX analytics service will be able to integrate email marketing and Web analytics data to refine and improve their email marketing initiatives.
