Experian QAS Updates Contact Data Validation

Experian QAS, a part of Experian Marketing Services and a provider of address verification software and services, today updated its online address validation workflow to better accommodate mobile devices. This mobile data collection software allows companies to adapt to the digital consumer by seamlessly capturing accurate contact information from mobile device users.

The enhancement is designed to minimize user drop-off and improve address, email, and phone data capture in the mobile channel. This reduces the costs associated with poor data quality and improves the overall customer experience.

"Our pre-built workflow has always allowed our customers to capture contact information in the most effective way," said Thomas Schutz, senior vice president and general manager of Experian QAS, in a statement. "Now that same workflow has been reconfigured to take into account the variances of typing contact information on a mobile phone. This allows companies to ensure the accuracy of contact information collected through a mobile device without inhibiting the user experience."
