Executive Changes

With a new year come several executive changes in the CRM arena. The following are some of the major changes made in the executive teams of some vendors. Aelera Corp., provider of technology solutions to support critical marketing initiatives, announced that Julie Carlock, former vice president for two high-profile Atlanta technology companies, has joined Aelera in the role of vice president of sales. Carlock will direct Aelera's business growth, expanding the company's marketing technology services into new markets, the company says. Finali Corp., an outsource provider of Web-based customer care services, has appointed Pete Katsampes to the position of senior vice president of sales and marketing. In this new position, Katsampes will be responsible for expanding Finali's revenue growth and share of the market in the customer service industry. Katsampes comes to Finali from APAC Customer Services, where he held the vice president of business development position. Inktel Direct has named Michael Zammuto as chief information officer. Zammuto, 32, will be responsible for establishing and implementing Inktel Direct's information technology initiatives. He previously served as chief technology officer for LawCommerce, a provider of online purchasing and information services to the legal industry, where he spearheaded the company's e-commerce strategy and research and development. Perfexa Solutions Inc. has hired Eric Stein to fill the newly created position of vice president of sales. Stein primarily will be responsible for marketing the company's India-based call center services, as well as Perfexa's other business process outsourcing services. Stein's call center experience includes work with clients like R.J. Reynolds, Philip Morris, and the Republican National Committee's Reagan/Bush and Bush/Quayle elections.
