Engagor, provider of a platform for real-time customer engagement, social media monitoring and analytics, has signed a distribution partnership with Winvale, a government-focused solutions provider, to deliver its solution to federal, state, and local government agencies through Winvale's General Services Administration (GSA) information technology contract.
Engagor's integrated platform combines social analytics, engagement, CRM, and team management. It also monitors millions of sources across the social Web, in more than 180 languages.
"Whether it's interacting directly with constituents on Twitter and Facebook or monitoring geographic sentiment around a piece of legislation, social media is becoming a game-changer in government and politics. It is imperative for government agencies to start acting like enterprises and embrace social media as part of their business," said Folke Lemaitre, founder and CEO of Engagor, in a statement. "Engagor is uniquely positioned to deliver multilanguage monitoring, engagement analytics and team management at scale. It is the most comprehensive tool for agencies looking to engage and inform their social audience."
"The Engagor platform will certainly help federal, state, and local government agencies improve their ability to engage citizens – no question. But, the real benefit to agencies is the cost savings and efficiencies that the platform brings," said Winvale Managing Partner, Kevin Lancaster in a statement. "We see Engagor helping government agencies show ROI almost out of the box by allowing them to replace multiple tools with one, which is a win for everyone."
