Emailvision this week completed its acquisition of smartFOCUS Group, a provider of multichannel marketing and customer intelligence software.

The combined organization now includes 600 employees. Emailvision will retain smartFOCUS office locations in the United States, England, the Netherlands, and France. As part of Emailvision's global expansion plan, the Emailvision headquarters will also relocate from Paris to London.
