Confirmit, a provider of customer experience, employee engagement, and market research solutions, yesterday launched Confirmit CustomerSat Version 12.2.
Confirmit CustomerSat Version 12.2 allows users to bring key metrics from multiple survey programs together in a single dashboard to track performance against corporate goals. Executives can monitor key performance indicators across key customer touchpoints, compare performance across market segments, and drill down as required to identify where to prioritize action.
Additional enhancements within the release include enhanced mobile dashboards, providing immediate access to critical business insight for executives on the move; and new search and filter functions in Active Dashboards to visualize feedback results and share voice of the customer data across the enterprise.
The development of the Confirmit CustomerSat solution follows Confirmit's acquisition of CustomerSat, a provider of Web-based enterprise feedback management software and services, from MarketTools in August.
