NEW PRODUCTS
Kintera debuted its Prospect Relationship Management suite, a group of Web-based products to help nonprofits find the best prospects, manage relationships with them, and increase major, planned, and annual giving. The suite is built into the Kintera Sphere CRM platform and includes Prospect Information Network Electronic Screening, which enables users to find, profile, and rank the wealth in an organization's database and create a scoring system for donors; Very Important Prospect, a workflow solution that lets nonprofits manage their fundraising team and customize its volunteer structure; and PIN Opps, which allows companies to create custom fundraising solicitation cycles and track data like the length of time in each stage of the solicitation process.
CyberScrub released the CyberScrub KeyChain, an advanced password management tool. It enables users to visit protected sites at will because they do not have to locate passwords that impede access. It contributes to foiling identity theft because users' data input cannot be monitored, according to the company.
Open Solutions launched a POS IP Gateway through Open Solutions Canada Payment Solutions Group. The solution expands the company's offering to deliver and debit transaction processing in quick service and multilane environments in the Canadian marketplace. Open Solutions Canada runs Canada's ATM network and processor of independent POS terminal transactions.

ValueClick acquired online advertising services and technologies firm
Fastclick. In the transaction, each outstanding share of Fastclick common stock will be exchanged for 0.7928 of a share of ValueClick common stock. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

inQ, an online marketing company that utilizes live chat to put salespeople on the Web, appointed
Bernard Louvat president and CEO. He will aim bolster the company's interactive marketing by offering effective e-commerce sales technologies.
IMPAX, a global sales performance improvement company, has named
Rick Bowlby western practice director. He will provide sales training and consultation to businesses in the western United States.
CUSTOMER WINS
MicroStrategy announced that the
FBI is expanding its deployment of MicroStrategy to support requirements across multiple programs. It entered into a multiyear enterprisewide licensing arrangement with MicroStrategy in support of current projects and its plan to establish a service-oriented architecture. The company will provide users with access to critical data stored in the FBI's massive information repositories to help monitor and manage daily operations and support investigative and intelligence activities. The value of the initial order for software and services under this agreement is approximately $1.6 million
e-Dialog, a provider of advanced email marketing solutions, announced that
Tesco Diets has selected e-Dialog's Precision Central platform to deliver relevant, targeted content to its email subscriber base. The platform provides Tesco Diets with a suite of hosted tools that lets the company deliver the right message to the right individuals at the right time. Features include custom publishing, conversion tracking, mail metering management, and spam reporting.
