3Cinteractive Launches Mobile Capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

3Cinteractive, a provider of cloud-based, enterprise mobile solutions for the Fortune 1000, has launched consumer-facing mobile capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

The offering has been designed to integrate into the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 system and handles all aspects of the communication, including opt-in/out management, real-time chat, order updates, targeted marketing broadcasts, and more. Microsoft Dynamics CRM clients across industries can now leverage mobile to extend the reach of their current efforts directly to their consumers' mobile devices.

"We are very enthusiastic about extending the Microsoft Dynamics CRM framework ubiquitously to consumers' mobile devices by leveraging our Switchblade platform. This is a great example of the extensibility of 3Cinteractive's solutions and the open nature of Microsoft's platforms," said Jeremy Martin, 3Cinteractive's senior vice president of business development, in a statement. "Our solution provides enterprise Dynamics CRM clients' significant value by allowing them to personally and seamlessly communicate with consumers in real-time using their preferred mobile channels."

"The combination of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 3Cinteractive's Switchblade technology opens up a whole new world of two-way, interactive SMS based marketing to our ever growing Dynamics CRM 2011 customer base," said John O'Donnell, senior ISV architect evangelist at Microsoft.
