eGain Introduces Sales Offers for Facebook

eGain, a provider of cloud and on-site customer interaction software for sales and service, has released eGain Offers for Facebook, which seeks to help businesses extend their interactive Web sales and service capabilities to their Facebook pages.

With eGain Offers for Facebook, businesses can intelligently engage and assist customers on Facebook. Businesses can woo, wow, and win Facebook fans with personalized offers and proactive help through chatbot, chat, click-to-call, and co-browse.

eGain Offers helps businesses engage visitors on the company Web site and Facebook fan pages with proactive, targeted offers. Using browsing behavior and other attributes, the solution anticipates visitor needs and proactively serves a targeted offer. It leapfrogs existing proactive chat point solutions by providing coupons, promotions, surveys, personalized content, and contextual help in the form of FAQ, chatbot, chat, click-to-call, and co-browse options. Deployment involves adding a tag to the Web site code, while A/B testing tools and analytics ensure the best results.

Built on the eGain Customer Interaction Hub, eGain Offers is organically multichannel. It is part of the eGain Interactive Sales Suite, integrating with other eGain applications to enable unified offer management across communication channels and consumer lifecycles.
