Xactly Launches iPad App on Salesforce.com's AppExchange Mobile

Xactly, a provider of on-demand sales compensation and sales performance management (SPM), today launched its new mobile app on salesforce.coms AppExchange Mobile, extending the marketplace built for the social enterprise.

Xactly Express for iPad is among the first apps to leverage AppExchange Mobile, tapping into the power of the Force.com platform, salesforce.coms social enterprise platform for employee social apps. Xactly Express for iPad is currently available for test drive on the AppExchange Mobile or as a free download for Xactly Express customers at the Apple App Store.

Xactly Express is self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for SMBs. With a guided, intuitive workflow, Xactly Express enables users with little to no compensation administration experience to rapidly create sales commission plans, calculate commissions, and export payments to payroll, all from a single solution. Delivered in the cloud on the Force.com platform, Xactly Express can be up and running in a matter of hours, with no additional hardware or professional services investments.

By extending the power of Xactly Express to the iPad, sales reps can track quota progress and payments anytime, anywhere; including the ability to swipe between monthly, quarterly, or yearly quota views, follow quarterly or annual pay-outs, and track company sales to new customers. In addition, sales managers can use their iPads to share key dashboards with employees, regardless of their locations.

"Sales reps spend the bulk of their time on the road meeting with customers and prospects. Xactly was the first company to deliver sales comp in the cloud, enabling these reps to access deal-altering data from their laptops and mobile phones anywhere, anytime," said Christopher Cabrera, president and CEO of Xactly. "With Xactly Express for the iPad, we are making it even easier for sales reps and managers to access the data they need to reach their quotas and deliver better performance, every month, every quarter, and every year."

"Customers continue to look to our partners as they transform themselves into social enterprises, and partners like Xactly are helping them with that shift," said Ron Huddleston, senior vice president of ISV alliances at salesforce.com. "Apps like these exemplify the extraordinary reach of the AppExchange marketplace and continue to push the social, mobile, open, and trusted capabilities customers expect from the salesforce.com ecosystem."
