ToutApp Rolls Out Trackable Email via Salesforce Integration
Enhancement includes improved email insights and timesaving features.

ToutApp, an email management and analytics company, has released a new feature enabling users to send trackable email through Salesforce's CRM solution, giving sales and marketing professionals insight into which email was viewed, what links were clicked, and even how much time recipients spent reading them.

In addition to sending trackable email, ToutApp for Salesforce also includes timesaving features, such as email templates, automatic file attachments, and performance reports. ToutApp for Salesforce also eliminates the need to manually add a tracking address in BCC on outgoing email since the app will automatically match your outgoing email to the correct contact.

"ToutApp is addressing a major pain point in Salesforce: the ability to template, track, and manage your day-to-day sales email," said Tawheed Kader, CEO and founder of ToutApp, in a statement. "We believe our comprehensive yet simple-to-integrate solution between Salesforce, iOS, and cloud-based apps will not only save hours of emailing time but will also provide deep insights into your sales communications.

In addition to Salesforce, the app can be integrated with CRM systems such as Highrise, Batchbook, and Capsule. ToutApp has also added new features to its Gmail and iOS applications, including a new Email Activity Feed for real-time tracking of email, an improved user interface for ToutApp's Gmail integration, and an updated iOS app that allows users to edit templates, send customized email messages, and view email analytics on a mobile device.

The service offers a free account with limited functions, in addition to feature-rich packages that start at $30 per month.
