Spotlight Ticket Management Integrates with Salesforce CRM

Spotlight Ticket Management has integrated its SpotlightTMS enterprise ticket management system with Salesforce.com. The connection enables organizations to manage their sports and entertainment asset investments and measure their use as a driver of revenue, from within Salesforce.

Through the Salesforce connection, users can request and purchase tickets from internal and external sources, as well as access business impact reports that measure ticket inventory, top users, most invited companies, and ticket usage, all from within Salesforce.com.

Certified by Salesforce.com AppExchange 2, the Salesforce connection to SpotlightTMS is available now through Salesforce.com's AppExchange or directly from Spotlight Ticket Management. The Salesforce.com connection is free of charge to Spotlight customers.

"The integration of SpotlightTMS with Salesforce.com enables corporations to take full advantage of the revenue-increasing and deal-closing value of sports and entertainment events without leaving their familiar Salesforce.com environment," said Tony Knopp, Spotlight president and chairman.
