Soffront Adds Scheduling Module to Its CRM
The new tool helps service organizations schedule employee and equipment for work orders.

Soffront Software, a mid-market CRM software provider, yesterday released a robust scheduling module for the service industry as a part of its integrated CRM solution.

This module helps companies define service contracts and employee workloads and automatically generates visit plans and work orders. It manages schedules of personnel and vehicles for on-site visits through a Web based drag-and-drop calendar. This calendar allows users to visually schedule personnel and vehicles to identify schedules, overtime, unavailability, and conflicts.

It is suitable for industries such as commercial cleaning, maintenance, security systems, guard and armor car services, and more.

"We have built this scheduling module in collaboration with a few of our largest service industry customers to solve their scheduling challenges," said Manu Das, president and founder of Soffront, in a statement. "We worked with them to build this solution to automate scheduling challenges and improve operational efficiency."
