Silanis and Avidian Partner

Silanis Technology, a provider of enterprise electronic signature solutions, and Avidian Technologies, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) system Prophet for Microsoft Outlook, have forged a partnership to integrate Silanis' cloud e-signature solution into Avidian's CRM solution. This incorporation of electronic signatures within a tool for Microsoft Outlook will allow small and midsized businesses to process paperless contracts.

"Our customers expressed a need for e-signatures and now we're able to deliver, helping them close deals and recognize that revenue faster," said James Wong, CEO and co-founder of Avidian Technology, in a statement. "By adding e-signatures to Prophet, we're allowing users to eliminate the manual steps to complete a contract from days to hours and give back more time to the sales person to sell and service the customer," continued Wong.

Silanis' e-signatures are widely used throughout the insurance, banking and government spaces to accelerate business transactions while improving compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

"We're thrilled to offer Silanis' e-signatures in tandem with Avidian's Prophet CRM because of the value this adds to the end user," said Silanis CEO Tommy Petrogiannis. "What Prophet users will have now is the ability to gain the added benefits of paperless contracting previously only available with much larger and costlier CRM implementations," continued Petrogiannis.
