Pegasystems Continues to Enrich its CRM Platform with Mobility and Analytics [Video Interview]

One undeniable truth about the CRM space is that, when it comes to technology, people tend to value simplicity. While it may be tempting for companies to sign on with multiple vendors to accomplish their marketing, customer service, and sales goals, it's generally easier to manage one straightforward platform that places those departments in communication with one another.

For this reason, among others, many enterprises continue to invest in offerings from the likes of software providers such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SugarCRM, Pegasystems, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Earlier this week, Robert Tas, Pegasystems’ CMO, stopped by CRM magazine’s New York office to discuss recent enhancements to the company’s Pega 7 and industry trends, such as the growing need for more authentic customer engagements.

"Everybody's been talking about digital transformation and Big Data projects," Tas said. "[At Pegaworld, our annual user conference] we're really going to try to tease that out a little bit and see how…companies [can get] to that next level, where they're trying to create more of that human interaction."
