Onyx made available the Onyx Group Enrollment Manager, a solution that allows health insurance organizations to capture group information for rating, including group demographics, financial status, competitor information, and census data. According to Ben Kiker, senior vice president and CMO of Onyx, the solution enables health insurers to more effectively enroll or renew a group by cutting the total application process "from days to hours." Group Enrollment Manager integrates with the rating engines that produce plan and rate information for a company. Cognos launched the Cognos ReportNet 1.1, a solution that integrates with IBM and SAP BW environments. ReportNet features new multilingual support, certified enterprise platform support, and integration with Cognos DecisionStream data integration software. The technology also includes new waterfall charting abilities, portal customization, and improved auditing capabilities, the company says.
Aprimo introduced its Aprimo Marketing 6.0, a Web-based suite of software products that automate and streamline marketing processes. The new release enables marketers to address challenges relating to production management, marketing planning and financial management, customer dialogue management, and lead management. The entire suite of products is based on a Web services architecture, enabling Aprimo Marketing to utilize XML/SOAP standards to integrate with and extend existing ERP and CRM systems. ATG announced significant enhancements to its Customer Experience Platform with the addition of ATG Campaign Optimizer and ATG Adaptive Customer Assistance. ATG Campaign Optimizer, an A/B testing application, is designed to allow business managers to simultaneously test multiple promotions, products and creative, to decide with best maximizes conversions and revenue. An easy-to-use graphical interface allows managers to simultaneously test multiple site elements, for example, images and price points, as well as test more than two choices. ATG Adaptive Customer Assistance is a Web self-service solution that combines intuitive natural language search, a structured answer repository, and personalization capabilities. The system also guides users towards other resources and next steps. ACA is built on the ATG Adaptive Scenario Engine, which helps ensure that each question receives a highly relevant answer. With the addition of ATG Campaign Optimizer and ATG Adaptive Assistance, the ATG Customer Experience Platform now spans the entire customer lifecycle from marketing through sales and service, according to ATG. Psynchronous Communications, an advertising and marketing communications company, unveiled Gravity, a new Web-based tool suite for communications measurement, planning, and outreach. The solution is targeted to B2B marketers, particularly in the manufacturing industry, and delivers a range of services and media vehicles--print, direct, identity, collateral, Web sites, email, and relationship management programs. Infowave Software, a developer of enterprise mobile applications, released the Telispark Mobile Enterprise 2.5. The new enterprise mobile applications suite features two modules, mCustomer and mOffice, which allow customer information to be accessed and edited via laptop or PDA. The company says that the mCustomer module provides integration with all Telispark modules and customer collections and inspections on customer assets in the field; the mOffice module includes two-way calendar synchronization for MS Exchange Users and automatic synchronization of new appointments and meeting requests.
