DreamFactory Software has announced SBuilder, a tool for the construction of client interfaces on the Salesforce.com sforce 2.0 on-demand application server platform. SBuilder allows Salesforce.com customers to integrate external services and custom objects to extend Salesforce.com and develop new interactive applications. The applications can be built from a Web browser and do not require the installation of server software or costs of traditional software development. KANA has released Agent IQ for Branch Banking. The application is designed to help companies with a large number of distributed retail outlets or branches increase agent proficiency through a consistent point of contact for all branch employee performance needs. It can be accessed from either a tailored employee portal or directly from existing branch-employee legacy systems. The system features information on policies, procedures, job aids, external e-learning and internal training materials, and access to legacy data.

The products are based on SPI's solution selling sales process, which has been employed by global companies like IBM, Merrill Lynch, and Microsoft. Stronghold Technologies has introduced its Call Management Services to assist automotive dealers with phone-in prospects.
