WebSideStory launched HBX, a new on-demand Web-analytics tool that replaces the company's HitBox Enterprise and HitBox Commerce services. HBX combines WebSideStory's real-time data collection technology with the ability to mine visitor data down to each individual browsing session. The solution features customized dashboards and KPIs, page- and content-affinity reporting, internal search capabilities, A/B testing, and conversion events. Amdocs announced upgrades to its Amdocs Partner Relationship Management product for communications service providers. New key features include partner self-registration (to streamline and automate the recruitment of new partners); partner life-cycle management (to track and manage status control data for partners and their related offers); product bundle (to organize products into preconstructed templates); partner thresholds and limit checks; and invoice/usage analysis.
Salesnet has enhanced its user interface (UI), an initiative designed to provide a cleaner appearance, increased customization, and faster access to all areas of Salesnet. The company has added extended search capabilities, multiwindows, tabbed shortcut access to frequently used areas, intuitive split-screen flexibility, and individual screen-design customization to its UI. The technology can also be fully branded to accommodate individual style-sheet preferences. Surebridge released SureHost Managed Exchange, a packaged hosted solution for Microsoft Exchange 2003 that includes data migration from Exchange 5.5 or 2000 to Exchange 2003. The technology is offered in three functional levels--Standard, Enhanced, and Premium--to accommodate the flexibility, control, and integration needs of a company. According to Surebridge the solution also features add-on options like spam filtering (available for all three levels), and Blackberry integration (for Enhanced and Premium users). Witness Systems launched eQuality Office, which extends its eQuality contact center application suite to the back office. The solution intends to address the root causes of customer contacts into the call center, allowing companies to uncover data entry errors, compliance issues, and ineffective processes. It can capture sample transactions, place sample recordings into contact folders for specific functions, and evaluate operations through trend identification. IMN introduced a new tracking-and-reporting feature designed to allow marketers to track how readers interact with the content in a corporate e-publication. It allows customers to embed RSS feeds into their IMN-based e-publications and make use of IMN's content-behavioral analytics. Marketers can use these capabilities to discover subscriber preferences, segment them accordingly, and respond with relevant content. Maximizer Software released Maximizer Enterprise 8 (ME 8), a solution that offers enterprise CRM capabilities for sales, marketing, and customer service and support. Designed for small to medium-size enterprises and corporate divisions of large enterprises, ME 8 features workflow automation, accounting integration, advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, and Microsoft Outlook integration. It also provides compliance with antispam and do-not-call legislation.
