New Key Executive Announcements

Willow CSN Incorporated, provider of contact center staffing solutions through the use of home-based customer service representatives, announced today that it has appointed Basil Bennett as its new chief executive officer. Bennett joins Willow CSN with more than 24 years of experience in business development, operations management, marketing, and sales. Most recently he founded Bennett Advisors and cofounded The ArrowPoint Group, consulting firms that work with start-up and early-stage companies, as well as with venture capitalists. Before his consulting career Bennett spent three years with Convergys Corporation, where he played an integral role in increasing the company's call center revenues from $400 million to $1.2 billion. Motiva Inc., provider of enterprise incentive management (EIM) software, this week announced management team additions with the appointments of Stephen Leal as vice president of worldwide sales and Farrell Griswold as vice president of business development. Leal will be responsible for expanding worldwide sales operations to support the company's direct and channel sales growth plans, and Griswold will be responsible for developing the company's relationships with its business partners. HomeSphere, provider of e-commerce, collaboration, bid management, and buyer incentive programs for the homebuilding industry, announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Paul Pittman as chief executive officer, replacing former CEO Jim Waldrop. Mr. Pittman will assume the chief executive's duties in addition to his prior duties as president and chief operating officer. Jim Waldrop will remain HomeSphere's chairman.
