Munich-based CRM Provider Wins Contract With Volkswagen

Munich-based TPS Labs (www.crm.com), a B2B CRM provider, has won the Volkswagen contract to further extend the automaker's Fleetcom CRM system.

The contract encompasses the establishment of local system support services for both mobile workers and office-based users at Volkswagen's Wolfsburg, Germany, headquarters, as well as an international Fleetcom version for major international accounts business. Migration is tied to the latest release of TPS's Oceans 5.0 CRM software. TPS will provide Volkswagen with campaign management, contact management, contact history and an integrated contract management module. Following installation, dealers and importers will be connected to increase today's 100 users of the system.

Volkswagen's Fleetcom system flexibly supports the network of relationships comprising Volkswagen's subsidiaries, dealers and customers. B2B sales to major account customers make up over 25 percent of the company's overall sales.
