Intelliverse Expands Partner Offerings
New cloud-based solutions include social media management and lead generation products.

Intelliverse, a cloud communications company, has expanded its partner program to include cloud-based communications solutions that help businesses connect with customers. The new services include IntelliBuzz, a social media analytics and management solution, and IntelliConnection, a lead-generation solution that eliminates cold calling and helps sales teams connect with prospects more efficiently. The new services join Intelliverse's Cloud Telephony suite of interactive voice response, automatic call distribution, and IP telephony services.

IntelliBuzz is a social media monitoring service that helps organizations listen, engage, measure, and optimize interactions across multiple social platforms to develop a better understanding of customers and markets, integrate a social CRM channel, and align social strategies with overall business objectives. IntelliConnection provides both an automated calling application and an appointment setting service that handles all inbound and outbound calling efforts. The automated application eliminates dialing and seamlessly delivers decision makers to sales representatives.
