Comm100 Live Chat Upgraded with More Web Integration

Comm100, a provider of enterprise-level customer service and communication solutions, today released an upgraded version of Comm100 Live Chat offering a custom variable feature that allows users to offer a more personalized chat experience and an optimized implementation code that loads more quickly on users’ Web sites.

The custom variables now available with Comm100 Live Chat enable users to pass along any visitor information that can be captured programmatically from the Web site directly to the chat interface in real time. The custom variables can also be used in the rules to trigger automatic chat invitations.

To implement Comm100 Live Chat, users need to add a piece of HTML code onto their Web sites. The new code coming with this upgrade is further streamlined for optimal efficiency and ensures the loading of customer's Web pages is not affected, even during Comm100's maintenance times. The code is also compatible with Comm100 Live Chat's API feature which is due for launch later in the year.

"We continually innovate and improve in order to maintain Comm100 Live Chat's place in the market as the most easy-to-use yet full-featured chat solution for businesses," said Kevin Gao, founder and CEO of Comm100, in a statement. "The custom variable is an exciting tool that automatically pulls visitor information from the Web site into the live chat interface, which improves both the site visitor's experience and the efficiency of operators."
