Cincinnati Bell Launches Support Forum

Cincinnati Bell yesterday launched a new online customer support forum at Community.CincinnatiBell.com. This online forum is a peer-to-peer support channel for customers and other users to ask questions and share information about Cincinnati Bell.

Cincinnati Bell launched the Cincinnati Bell Online Community Forum using Lithium Technologies as a service to its customers to help them exchange ideas, tips, and techniques related to Cincinnati Bell's products and services. It's a source for customer help in selecting, understanding, and/or using Cincinnati Bell products and services more effectively, while getting feedback and advice from other customers and users. Forum topics will range from how to customize a smartphone to finding the nearest Wi-Fi hotspot.

"Our Online Community Forum is a great resource for our customers to ask their peers how to use a product or get opinions on what service to purchase," says Tara Khoury, chief marketing officer at Cincinnati Bell. "We want to empower our customers and increase customer satisfaction by giving them another venue to receive support."

"It's no accident that Cincinnati Bell has a great reputation for service. They innovate continuously," says Joe Cothrel, chief community officer at Lithium. "Lithium is proud to partner with such a progressive company, building a destination where their customers can share knowledge and enthusiasm."

The Cincinnati Bell Online Community Forum will give Cincinnati Bell customers and other users 24/7 access to answers from a database that grows continuously as customers and users learn and share.
