Bunchball Partners with 7Summits on Loyalty Offering

Bunchball, a provider of gamification, and social business agency 7Summits have partnered to bring gamification to more organizations by driving sustained engagement and loyalty on employee and customer social business communities, and extending that engagement to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

As part of this partnership, 7Summits will offer Bunchball's gamification solutions, including its Nitro platform, to the growing base of 7Summits clients. 7Summits, a Jive Software reseller, already offers the Jive Advanced Gamification Module powered by Bunchball.

The alliance means 7Summits can design and implement social business communities that keep members engaged and participating, and that reward high-value behaviors, such as collaborating more with colleagues, downloading training content, starting or following discussion threads, and answering questions posted by fellow members.

Additionally, 7Summits clients can now use Bunchball Nitro's optional social media capabilities to create social environments that extend beyond their immediate community platforms. With these features, companies can monitor what community and non-community members are saying about them on social platforms in real time, incentivize consumers to interact with them online or in-store, share latest product or service experiences via Twitter or Facebook, and post brand-related images or videos on Instagram.

"At 7Summits, our teams blend great social experiences with innovative technology to create impact for our clients," said Rob Murray, senior vice president of 7Summits, in a statement. "Adding Bunchball's powerful gamification platform to our arsenal is crucial to creating social business experiences that resonate with users no matter where they go and that build lasting loyalty for our clients, their brands, and their workplace cultures."

"We're delighted to join 7Summits in helping build what every company wants from their social business community: loyalty," said Ken Jones, vice president of strategy and corporate development at Bunchball, in a statement. "By motivating users to engage more within the community and then share their experience across their favorite social networks and media platforms, 7Summits' clients can amplify the benefits they gain from persistent engagement. We look forward to jointly helping these companies shape the behaviors of the audiences they care about most."
