Avectra and Intacct Expand Their Partnership

Avectra, a Web-based social CRM provider in the association and not-for-profit market, has expanded its sales, marketing, and development partnership with Intacct, a provider of cloud-based financial management and accounting applications for associations.

The expanded alliance will drive deeper integrations between Avectra and Intacct to deliver a comprehensive cloud/SaaS-based social CRM and financial management solution for trade associations, professional societies, realtor associations, faith-based organizations, and not-for-profits charities, cultural institutions, and foundations. It will allow Avectra customers access financial management and accounting applications built on the Intacct cloud platform.

"Many of today's associations and not-for-profits are struggling to do more with less, especially when it comes to managing their accounting and bookkeeping efforts in a cost-effective way," said Richard Davis, Avectra's CEO. "Our customers realize Web-based systems are here to stay and that cloud solutions offer tremendous benefits such as access to information—member, donor and financial—on a real-time basis. Such access enables customers to make smarter decisions faster and to focus on serving their members and donors while fulfilling their mission, rather than managing software."

"Intacct is eager to grow our existing relationship with Avectra," said Rob Reid, president and CEO of Intacct. "Avectra is recognized for its excellent reputation and history of continuous product innovation in social CRM for associations and not-for-profits. We look forward to working with Avectra to bring the benefits of social CRM, combined with Intacct's cloud financial applications, to our mutual customers and prospects."

Our excitement continues to grow about the combined services Avectra and Intacct provide for associations and not-for-profit organizations. The deeper integration between the two solutions will greatly improve visibility into the wide array of data typically spread across multiple different and disparate locations. Combining data into a more centralized and easy to access system results in greater operational effectiveness," said Bob Green, a partner at SingerLewak, an accounting services and consulting firm in California. "Their mutual commitment to reduce the complexity and eliminate the variety of manual processes historically associated with the financial aspects of managing members and donors will further improve an organization's decision making and operational efficiency while having a positive impact on the bottom line."

"Avectra pioneered cloud-based social CRM for associations and not-for-profits. We believe this model is the best fit for most organizations that want a complete membership and donor management platform without the hassle of installing, managing, and maintaining on-premises software," added Mark Yohai, Avectra's vice president of global business development. "We see our expanded partnership with Intacct as well as the growth of our channel program as an opportunity to introduce Avectra technology to even more organizations throughout North America."

"Many of the leading CPA firms and value-added resellers focused on associations and not-for-profits are already working with Intacct, and frequently hear a desire for Sscial CRM capabilities that also work seamlessly with our applications," said Taylor Macdonald, vice president of channels at Intacct. "Our channel partners are going to be delighted about today's announcement that brings together two of the leaders in cloud computing for associations and not-for-profits. It's a real win for Avectra, for Intacct, for our mutual partners, and for all of our current and future clients."
