1010data and Tableau Software Team to Combine Enhanced Visualization with Cloud-Based Big Data Analytics

1010data, a provider of technologies for analyzing, managing and sharing big data,has entered into a partnership with Tableau Software, a provider of rapid-fire business intelligence. Now 1010data customers can access Tableau's robust visualization capabilities for enhanced reporting while allowing Tableau customers to analyze complex data sets on 1010data's cloud-based analytical platform.

With Tableau as a certified partner in 1010data's partner program, its customers can operate on data from 1010data's cloud-based analytical platform. Additionally, customers can mash up unrelated data sets, such as weather data and economic data, and conduct detailed analysis to unveil new business opportunities.

With 1010data as part of Tableau's technology partner program, its customers benefit from Tableau's analytics and visualization capabilities, enhancing current reporting abilities.

As part of a holistic strategy to better connect with customers, Sonic, America's Drive-In, is leveraging the joint 1010data/Tableau solution to help it better predict and monitor the effectiveness of new programs and menu revisions.
